Monitor
Webflow agency monitor for the white-label retainer, the designer-publish deploy cadence, and the Fastly edge cache that quietly serves a 404 the day after publish.
A Webflow studio runs dozens of client sites under one shared retainer schedule. Designer-publish deploy cadence is daily, Fastly edge cache serves stale 404s the day after publish, and CMS-template breaks show up as form-submit silence. SiteGuardian Pro covers three client sites and fifty URLs on a one-minute cadence, with one alert email per outage per URL.
- Pro covers three client sites and fifty URLs under one-minute probes.
- One alert email per outage per client URL. No duplicated designer chatter.
- Probes from multiple regions. Quiet on Fastly edge blips, loud on real Webflow-side outages.
- White-labelable alert subject (your studio name, not ours).
- No Webflow code embed, no Webflow Logic hookup, no client-side SDK per site.
How it works
Setup, in three beats.
Step 01
Add each client site as its own URL list
Each Webflow client gets a URL list: the home page, one monitor per CMS template, the /contact form, and /form-success. SiteGuardian runs one probe per URL on the minute cadence and trips independently per URL.
Step 02
Send alerts to one studio inbox, or per-client routing
One alert inbox per studio is fine. The alert subject names the URL, so you triage by client without leaving the inbox. If you want per-client routing, set up an email rule on your side; SiteGuardian will send to any inbox you give it.
Step 03
Cover the designer-publish deploy cadence without burnout
Studio designers push to client Webflow sites daily. A 404 served from Fastly edge cache the day after publish is the most common silent break. SiteGuardian’s minute cadence catches it the minute it happens, so the next client ping is not the first signal.
What the alert actually says
One email. One URL. One timestamp.
Your URL https://client-a.webflow.io/post/launch-recap returned a 404 at 14:32 UTC, immediately after a Designer publish. The probe will retry in 60 seconds.Frequently asked
